Q:  Is it possible to have a normal TSH but have low T3 and T4 while taking synthroid.

Yes. The T4 and T3 are influenced by levels of binding proteins in the blood.
 
TSH is generally the most accurate test. But your tests need to be interpreted by a doctor familiar with you.
