Q:  Can laser hair removal permanently remove facial hair even someone diagnosed with PCOS.

A: Asian philosophy tells us that everything is impermanent and this applies to laser hair removal as well.

If someone has a hormonal condition stimulating hair to keep growing, more hair will replace what is zapped by the laser. The best thing is to start effective treatment directed at the hormonal cause before having laser or electrolysis.
